Pool Equipment: Upgrades, New installations, and repairs

Similar to the way your home ages and requires repairs, so does your pool equipment. The intense summers in Arizona does a number on anything exposed to the sun and elements, it is important to ensure equipment is always functioning properly. Our team inspects your equipment regularly and will inform you promptly of repairs.

Filter Cleaning

Keeping your filters clean will help maintain the water balance in the pool and support your equipment to function properly. We recommend having your filters cleaned every 3 months. 

In Arizona, it is even more important to keep filters clean with dust storms, desert living, and monsoons.

Acid Wash

Acid washing removes stains and buildup on a pool’s Pebble Tec or Plaster. It is an effective way to remove rust, algae, and mineral deposits. Your pool will sparkle and look refreshingly clean like when it was built.

Above Ground Pools

• We Install your new swimming pool according to the manufacturers’ specifications.
• We supply landscape leveling through and excavation. Minimum $400-$600 for most excavation. Leveling starts at $450. Your specific excavation and leveling cost will vary depending on your specific excavation and leveling requirements.
• We use Quarter minus and mason "pool" sand. How much these material costs are determined by your size pool and the specific manufacturer’s installation requirements, we will walk you through this process to provide a stable foundation for your project.
• We will use quality materials for the formation of patios, pavers, pergola's, decking, and water features. The cost associated with these materials will vary depending on the size of your project.
• We will use 8×12, 12×12, and or 8×16 Inch patio blocks. The size depends on your specific pool model. These are installed under each upright for support, even when the manufacturer doesn’t deem it necessary, to provide the support and structure for your project.
• We will install a standard filtration system, including attaching your skimmer and, all hoses. We do provide additional equipment/upgrades/features that will be charged at current rates.
• Typically excavated earth is removed from the  homeowners’ property. The costs associated with debris removal are determined by the size of your project and current haul away rates.
• We will break down boxes and haul away these cardboard materials.
